Where do you buy ?
We personally only buy property in Sussex. If you own property in another county we will be able to put you in touch with another buyer.
What fees will I have to pay ?
Sussex Property Buyers charges no fees at all. Unlike some of our competitors we do not charge hefty valuation and admin charges.
What we offer you, is what you will receive. What’s the catch?
None whatsoever. You receive a quick guaranteed sale, and we save on the price of your property.
Do you buy land ?
Absolutely. This can be a specialised and tricky subject with planning laws constantly changing. We are also house builders so we are always looking for development land.
How much will you pay ?
There is no clear answer for this question because each case is dealt with individually. It isn’t always a one size fits all arrangement. However in the majority of cases we will generally pay between 70 – 85% of a properties true market value.
What is true market value?
If you have had a property valued by an estate agent then you will often find the valuations are in excess of their true worth. This is partly because the agent wants the business, and also allows for some negotiation room for an offer.
Sussex Property Buyers has access to extensive sales information data to fully assess the true value of your property.
How quick can you buy my property ?
We will work to your timescales. Exchange can happen in as little as a couple of days subject to the paperwork being in order. When you are ready we can complete.
Will anybody know about the sale of my property?
No. We do not place for sale / sold signs outside to advertise the transaction. Your neighbours need not know.
