How We Compare to Auctions
If you are considering selling via an auction as an alternative, please consider the following before making a decision.
Charges involved and upfront costs
All auctions will charge you a fee to place your property in their auction brochure and a final fee if the property sells. This can be around £1000 upfront, and 2-3 % once sold.
